Return & Exchange
Soultt aim to offer services that will benefit all our customers. We hope you are happy with every purchase you make. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Please read our return policy below, we will do our best to assist you.
Returnable items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Note: Items that can be returned/refunded must follow the criteria below:
1. Items are in the original packing with tags.
2. Items are in brand new condition:No perfume, unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.
Return Conditions:
For items with no quality issue, please understand that we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Items outside the warranty time-frame.(Within 30days from you receive your order)
2. Washed, worn, used, tag-removed, or misused items.
3. Items under the categories of underwear and swimsuit are non-returnable for customer's reason.
Cancellation Policy:
Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped out.
Exchange Policy:
Do you want to change the color or size? Please contact us first ,we will be very enthusiastic to help you complete the exchange.
If you want an exchange: Once the exchange request is passed, we will send you the product you want immediately.
If the goods need to be exchanged due to customer reasons, the customer needs to bear the return postage.
Personalized Products
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged because they have been personalized. After placing an order, we will start the order customization process immediately. Therefore, once the order is placed, we can no longer support changes to the customized information, eg. Size or color.

PLEASE NOTE:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored. Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Refunds are issued on the original method of payment. Please allow us 3 to 5 business days to process your refund. Once the refund is approved, the refund will back to your payment account within 5-10 working days.If you do not receive a refund after the deadline, please contact us service@soultt.com
