Order

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 48 hours to update.

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped out.

We only offer standard, Priority, Express shipping currently.
For the cost, you can enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $65.00. Otherwise, a shipping fee will be charged. You can check our Shipping Info for details. -

Processing time usually takes between 1-5 business days.

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Returns & Refunds

(1) Please request a return within 30 days upon reception.
(2) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on sale items, freebies or gift cards.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged because they have been personalized. After placing an order, we will start the order customization process immediately. Therefore, once the order is placed, we can no longer support changes to the customized information, eg. Size or color. -
To start a return, you can contact us at service@soultt.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not currently offer pre-paid shipping label. We will refund the return shipping charges if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To exchange an item, please follow the return procedures and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
