2.How can I track my package?
Once an order has been shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email, including your Tracking Number. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.
3.Shipping on Public Holidays?
l Our delivery partners may not deliver your order on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and dispatched until the next business day.
l During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
4.How Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Did you enter the wrong address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped already, please send us the new address details and we can change this over for you as soon as possible.
